Angelo Santos founded Inspectionist after eight years inside property management companies — leasing, assistant property manager, property manager — watching inspections lose the daily fight for staff time. He has worked the Richmond market since 2019 and has performed well over 1,000 inspections since 2024, first as a dedicated in-house inspector, then independently. Do reports flag lease violations?

Reports document condition only. Every client's lease is different — reports state what was observed and leave lease interpretation to you. Anything unsafe or hazardous gets flagged immediately.

How does billing work?
